I like the product because I felt it gave me great energy at my age. I don't feel sad as much. Still have problems with my leg, I am hoping this product will help as well. I have tight muscles and my legs hurt me every day.

This is a good generalized anti aging supplement with a low dose of several ingredients. I'm particularly interested in NAD, TMG, and fisetin, but it's nice to have other ingredients like resveratrol too. I take a separate berberine supplement at 500mg twice a day though because the 100mg in this basically does nothing.

This has improved my energy levels. I’ve taken all of the components individually at one time or another, but getting them all in one capsule is a great thing. These are a terrific price for what you get. I’ve had zero negative side effects since I’ve been taking these.

Let's start with a positive: I feel pretty good, sharp and strong and upbeat.It would be nice to attribute that to this product, but the fact is, I didn't feel noticeably different before, and there's no reason to think this had anything to do with it. That's the challenge with supplements: you just don't know what they're doing, if anything. But, I don't feel bad or worse, didn't have any ill effects, so that's something to consider
