Amazing!
I had an issue with my Post Office. My tracking said that the package was delivered. I looked everywhere around the house for it. I even looked on my ring camera. It never showed up. Nobody ever came to my doorstep and dropped off a package. The next day, the post office had delivered my items. Definitely not cool on the Post Office side. On a sidenote, the coins were absolutely amazing and I plan on purchasing more in the future. I have already placed an order for 10 more coins. Thank you again and I look forward to doing more business with you guys.

Processing of the order was good but...
The customizing of the coin was easy. They corrected the picture to not have empty corners. Placing a rectangular image on a round coin was leaving clear stripes on the top and bottom. They corrected it.The delivery process was bit mystery - almost 0 tracking.Now about the coin.This has similar thickness to a 25 cents coin.The color is of brushed nickel.If you are expecting the CHALLENGE COIN that you can display on your mahogany desk in your office - don't.Just a thin disk with pictures PROFESSIONALLY and LOVINGLY glued on it.If they specify the width of the coin in the description I'll change the rating to 5 stars.The image is the coat of arms of British Virgin Islands.

Sharp edges
Not as expected. The edges are sharp, almost an "unfinished" feel. Not sharp enough to cut but uncomfortable in the hand. The edge should have been smothed out or sanded.I would not recommend

Whose turn coin
This turned out perfect! I got as a gift for my daughter who is having her first baby and sometimes having a coin to flip for whose turn it is the only way. I am happy with the quality and feel of the coin.

Good for what I wanted
Turned out pretty good. The only real downside is that the edges are a bit sharp. Overall I am pleased though.Not too many people offering these services, especially for this cheap. So, was nice to be able to get something close to what I wanted in general.Might order again if in a pinch!

I gave them an image that really didn’t fit a coin and they made it work. Wish I had a pic of it, but we already gave it to the person. Ordering more now!
