If I could rate 10 stars I would. This is the heating pad heats up faster than any heating pad if ever owned or used. It's pillow size, so you can wrap it right around hips and pelvic area, when cramps, or your back and shoulders all at once. It is perfect, I couldn't have dreamed of a better heating pad!!!

Very happy with this. Simple intuitive operation. On-off button, one button to raise temperature and another to lower (six levels altogether), and a timer (30', 60', 90', 2 hr). Window in controller shows how much time remains.Very warm and cozy. I often use on level 5 or 6. There are no specific temps associated with levels, but 6 is very warm. I got the 18x33" size, which covers my lap and chest. Your results may vary here. I like to add a thin fleece cover, which does not affect operation.Pad itself is soft fleece. If I run my fingers over it I can feel the wires; you could with any pad. But heat is evenly distributed. If you put pad under you or between your back and a chair, say, you might feel wires, but you're not supposed to use it that way in any case.I bought it on a markdown with a generous coupon besides, so it was a bargain. But my review is independent of that. I'd be happy with it at a normal price. Color I have is a pleasant soft green, but of course that's a matter of taste. I didn't measure the cord but estimate at 6-7', good length.

Blanket is nice and soft. Also large and covers whole leg or back if needed. Heats up within 1-2 minutes. Quality is great. Happy I bought this

I bought one of these then bought another one after the first one was delivered! I love it, it's long enough to wrap around me! Excellent and great price!

I really dislike this heating pad. The controller is connected with 2 wires and is not shown like this in the pictures. The pad is also not as thick and sturdy as the picture. The only thing about it that is good is that it has several timing options. I may send it back. It really upsets me that the picture is not accurate of the product. I never would have purchased this if I'd known the controller was not inline (cord goes in one end & comes out the other) like all other heating pads I own. I don't like that fact that the connector for the heating pad is bulky and on top of the heating pad as well. I knew that about it though and was willing to deal with that, but to have it come and then the controller is not as expected just made this a very disappointing purchase. I have health issues so making the trip to take this to UPS or Kohls to be shipped back is physically challenging, so really ticks me off that this is not what I thought it was controller wise and is not as thick as the picture shows. Very disappointed.

It was super soft, nice quality pad, true to size and a nice lavender color. Easy to use and seemed like it'd hold up a long time (not cheaply made). Only complaint is I wish it got a little hotter than it does bc for me personally it didn't reach the temperature I needed to help my lower back but other than that, use and everything, no complaints.
