Q: How could I use this with a 1.5" drain?

The outlet “pipe” itself is 1.25” while the first set of gaskets are 1.5” and the deeper set gaskets are 1 7/8” but seem like they would compress and seal a 1.5” pipe

Q: Will this work for a bathroom sink?

Works for mine. Connected it to a vessel sink, under the counter all I needed to do was bend in the P trap (which in itself is rendered slightly unnecessary due to the auto closing valve on this, but, just to be sure anyway). Works great. As a bathroom sink, the only thing going down this drain is soapy water, I intentionally did not use this for my vanity sink because I had concerns of possible clogging due to the riffles in the piping from it’s flexible bendy nature. Might be worth taking into consideration. Hair, dirt, debris and such could very easily get caught in a drain like this one

Yes, the flexible drain is ideal for small spaces, it can be adjusted to any shape

Q: How does the end that connects to the existing drain connect? Does it just push into the pipe I’m confused?

It slid right into my existing drain. We have old, funky diy plumbing in our house that makes every upgrade a nightmare. This was a last, desperate try before having to break out power tools and cut into the wall to put in our new sink. Worked great! I did use a bead of silocone sealant to make sure it stays seated and no sewer gas can come thru. Also made installing a difficult pedestal sink sooooo much easier because of the flex line.
