Pros:-Customer Service has been superb in all ways, from fast responses to standing by their product. I had some deformation to my bottle from an overly hot dishwasher and customer service kindly, quickly, and efficiently sent me a replacement free of charge. Shout out to Dody I believe.-Seals tightly without leakage.-Mixes well, just follow the directions, (I've tried protein powder, peanut butter powder, and a couple other nutrient powders with success).-Wide enough to clean by hand, (I recommend this over dishwasher just in case)-The cap closes tightly with a definitive snapping sound.Cons:-Might not be dishwasher safe in all dishwashers, (They say top rack only).Conclusion- I would definitely recommend this bottle to friends and family.

I love the HELIMIX shaker because it effortlessly blends my pre-workout and protein powders due to the innovative vortex design. It's simple to clean, leaves no clumps, and is built sturdily to bring on long hikes or quick sessions in the gym. The sleek design also makes it easy to carry around without feeling bulky while also being comfortable in the hand.The screw-on lid is leakproof, easy to open, and comes in many unique, but simple colors. After owning several over the past year, I haven’t seen any wear or tear or experienced any issues thus far.5 Stars!

If you’re the type to add powder first, then liquid… this shaker cup isn’t for you. Doesn’t mix well at all!Yes, I know the instructions recommend adding liquid first, then powder, but that doesn’t work for my routine.I go to the gym first thing in the morning and head to work from there, so I put my powder in at home, fill it with water at the gym after my workout, shake it up, and go.With this cup, the protein powder clumps up at the bottom and plasters itself to the cup. No matter how long or vigorously I shake the cup vertically, it doesn’t budge. I had to use a plastic knife to scrape the clump off the bottom.I also tried adding a blender ball to see if that would help, but it didn't make much of a difference.Considering I don’t have this issue with a blender bottle and I would need to take extra steps to get this shaker cup to work properly, I’m giving it 3 stars. It’s a nice design and easy to clean, but it’s not functional for me. Back to the blender bottle!

It does an okay job and breaking up clumps but not great.

Used to mix Ghost and ISO100 which already mix easy and it was clump city. Wack.
