These are not hard and crunchy like many croutons, Good if you have bad teeth.
They are really quite good, fresh and handy to have around for quick ceasar salad. They are not a 10, but are a 9. The reason for 4 stars instead of five is because I miss the greasy crunch. My mate on the other hand loves them because he has bad teeth.

Off Flavor - but not too hard
Off flavor that we don't care for. Not too hard of a bite. Update: Finished the bag, we still don't care for the flavor of the Garden Herb. Didn't matter what combination of salad ingredients we used - spinach, kale, avocado, nut, berries, cabbage, carrots - etc -- still 'off'.
