Eye-catching & bright. Gets tons of compliments!
My dad would've been happy to leave his winter-themed sparkly water "globe" out all year, but I wasn't feeling the vibe in the hot AZ summer. I decided that this patriotic theme "globe" was better for summer & right up his alley. WOW! Its nicely painted, and the sparkles are all silver, so brighter when reflecting the light, but it has been a wonderful night light for late night trips through the living room. Everyone who sees it has asked where I got it, and I know that at least 2 of them have purchased one, as well.

Beautiful.......
This is a very nice "waterball" type lamp. It's not shaped like a ball but works like that. It has some sort of pump or system that keeps it rapidly moving all the time and the flakes are very reflective so it really glitters, with a lot of action!. Overall it's very impressive and nice to see in action. The only downside that I could come up with would be that the plug for the power is on the side in constant view instead in the back out of sight. But, that's not a defect, nor a complaint, just an observation. There's no problem handing this little jewel five stars!

Nice decoration for the 4th of July
Used as a table decoration with flowers and flags. The grandchildren loved it and spent a great deal of time looking at it. 🤣

We may very well use it as a nightlight in a guest bedroom/bath when someone is staying over!
The size of the night light itself (the lighted part) is about 4 inches by 4 inches by 2 inches. The size of 10 inches they give is the overall size up to the tip-top of the hanging ring. It's nice and patriotic with the Eagle carrying the Stars & Stripes. The power is either on for both the light and the swirling glitter, or off for both -- you can't have one without the other. You CAN choose, "always on until you turn it off", or "timed cycling" of 6 hours on, 18 hours off, which makes it perfect for a night light in a bathroom -- enough light to move around without ruining night- (and sleep-) vision with an overhead light. Turn it on at 11 PM and it will turn itself off at 5 AM, and back on at 11 PM the next night without any further work on your part.It comes with a 1-meter power cord (39 inches), so it needs to be close to an outlet if you have an outlet-style USB charger block (not included), or you can install 3 AAA batteries (also not included). I don't know how long the batteries would last.Upon receipt, a lot of the "snow" was stuck to the front interior face of the snow globe, which ruined its look. I ran it for about an hour, and some of it loosened up. I then placed it on its side with that glass face down, and two hours later, all of the glitter was free-floating. It does look better now without any "stuck" on the front surface!

Burns through batteries
I love the looks of the globe but mine is powered with 3 AAA batteries. With fresh batteries it is brilliant but they quickly run down. I have it set on the timer function which runs for 4 hours. It is noticeably dimmer the 2nd day and dead by the end of the 3rd day. It is pretty expensive to replace batteries every 3 days. Would I buy it again? No - not the batteries powered version which was the only option when I purchased it.

Absolutely Beautiful Snow Globe
The first thing I thought when I opened this up and pulled it out of the packaging is that it appears to be worth more than the current asking price of $24.99. This snow globe is absolutely beautiful, especially when it's plugged in. The glitter is lit up by the light inside the globe. You can power this globe either with batteries or with the USB-A plug that comes with it. The only real gripe I have when it comes to this globe is that the plug sticks out of the side. I don't know why they didn't make it so the plug was in the back of the globe. So, I'll probably be using batteries to power it.There's a switch on the bottom that turns the device on or off. And, you can flip the switch to a timer mode that keeps the globe on for 6 hours. It's actually a 24 hour cycle, so it stays on for 6 hours and off for 18 hours.I'm looking forward to displaying this at our 4th of July party. I have no doubt that it will receive a ton of compliments. I just hope that a sticky-fingered relative doesn't walk away with it. Anyway, this is an easy 5/5 stars.
