Very comfortable. Didn't have the clips but made them work with the straps.

Looking at the listing, I underestimated how strong and well made these would be. The arm sling part really is almost 8 inches wide and well padded, reinforced with nylon webbing. The carabiners are oversized and strong, just over 3 inches long from end to end and a quarter inch thick. The straps that go over the bar are nylon webbing, and they fasten by attaching to the carabiners, NOT by velcro. That webbing is a couple inches across, and made from a 36-inch loop stitched together. That means you get double thickness of webbing going over the bar, and the ends form loops that are held by the carabiners.I've seen other similar hanging arm slings that are attached only by velcro in one place. That doesn't inspire confidence. These, you could hang all day from these and never worry about equipment failure. They are really nice, hard to get an idea from photos but looking at the listing photo of the guy hanging from them doing a leg raise, that's really what they look like. Highly recommended!

I got these because my old ones were velcro and they were about 5 or so years old. So I was thinking it was time for an upgrade and these ones fit the bill. I like the hooks as a more stable attachment than the velcro. I find that I do not need the extension straps and I can just attach the hooks to my pull up bar. Much nicer construction than my old ones...
