After spending 2 days with two people working on this, I finally called a friend who is a handyman and has built this type of thing before, to help. He also struggled and after a couple of hours gave up. The problem is the instructions skip a huge section. They go from step two, where you have two separate sections built, to step three where you are supposed to have already built the complete base and connected the two separate sections. You are given no instructions on how to do this. There is also no phone number to contact for help. The only video instructions that we found on line, do not put it together the way the instructions say, but also don't explain how to actually do it. Very disappointed! Hopefully, eventually, my kids will have a climbing dome.
