Coolibar UPF 50+ Trailhead Hat Drape - Sun Protective

I loved that this covered my face from the sun; I don't want sunspots on my jawline or cheeks and this covered the sides of my face well. It fit as expected and worked underneath my hat. I will be ordering more next summer, perhaps in other colors as I only ordered the white this year.

I finally received the product after I found it in an unlikely location of my mailbox .. Amazon incorrectly listed the delivery method as handed directly to customer . That inaccuracy coupled with the fact that I did not receive it made me suspicious.. As I previously stated this was no reflection on the seller.. I really like the product. It is well-made and comfortable . It also provides great sun protection .

Shades the side of the face nicely and fits both over a baseball cap and under. Bought another in a different color.

It does what it supposed to do. And comfortable.

Great sun protection! Can be used with any hat, easily adjustable, long to cover whole neck, lightweight. I wish I had ordered it sooner. Excellent product.

Lite weight, covers and fits well. All that you could expect.

I spend a lot of time in the sun so I was happy that they made a product like this that I could wear underneath any hat. I have a normal size head and the XS fit me well. I wish they would make one that would fit over the lower half of your face with openings for your mouth and nose. I swim a lot and even with a hat, the reflection of the sun gets on my face. I apply sunscreen as well.

I have been using running hats with removable neck drapes for years. Now, I'm trying out a 360 degree brimmed hat for sun protection. I like it but the coverage isn't as good as I thought it would be (when the sun is at low angle, it hits your face) but I knew a neck drape would fix the problem. Enter this Coolibar hat drape. I have other clothing from Coolibar and they are excellent quality so I gave it a try. I really planned on cutting off the elastic part (forehead) and getting creative with how to attach to my hat (sewing machines are awesome). But, I tried the drape under my new hat and it was great. (I wore the elastic part on my head, not my forehead.). The face/neck coverage was great and the fabric was very comfortable. As a neck drape veteran, I was very happy with this purchase. In fact, I'll probably buy another one!

I have been really confused about coolibar. Lots of bad reviews esp re customer service but also product quality too at times.Lots of good reviews on amazon also though.Their website looks great and Lots of good upf protection products. But being in USA and with such bad customer service reviews I ordered from amazon.Turned up promptly.And looks really great (from a uv protection point of view). Nicely designed. Nice details like the chin popper. It doesn't look cheap. It looks like this company really does do proper upf stuff. They r apparently endorsed by the skin cancer foundation. And I don't understand the science behind the material but presumably it works as it is endorsed by them.I am a big fan. But will the product last well. I can't say yet.Also...does it work?I'm too paranoid not to wear sun cream as well as hat and neck drape. So will find it hard to tell.But it is the best neck drape I've seen advertised. I'm really happy
