IBILITriply Natural Tri-Ply Frying Pan, 18 cm, Stainless Steel, Suitable for Induction, Non-Stick

Firstly the handle is not stainless steel! its aluminium, and the thin connection to the pan suggests one day it could fail.. speaking of the weight its about 70g heavier than stated, and for an 18cm pan thats not so great.. of course also the balance is off due to the light handle.Furthermore the handle is uncomfortable to hold. to be fair thats on me, one should always purchase a flat or square shaped handle for a pan..due to the longer length of the handle as stated its also too big for its 18cm size and indeed, including the lip its about 19cm, which arguably is the perfect pan size, if it were not for the small base area.Now onto the big part, it was dented when i received it.. maybe coming all the way from spain or germany in a skimpy box combined with ZERO cushioning to protect it might have been the cause!frankly , if I had the time I would have gone to the shops to feel out some pans myself, ended up returning and not using it despite the weight and decent quality. Also it seems these new triply pans are ALL made in CHINA.. the company used to make them in spain but no longer.. unfortunately they are loaded with aluminium and oil residue which stinks.. requires 2x dishwasher cycles as well as baking soda scrub + soap + boiling in vinegar before you can even use it!i dont trust aluminium core pans any longer.. going to purchase a copper core HQ s.s. pan when i have the time and money.

Me pasé al acero inoxidable hace unos meses con mi sartén principal y buscaba otra pequeña para sustituir otra antiadherente. Es increíble lo bien que funciona una vez que aprendes a cocinar en acero. Distribuye genial el calor, no se pega nada y tiene un peso muy aceptable.

Me ha gustado todo de la sartén, la estética y el buen resultado cocinando en ella. Muy satisfecha con la compra.

Se hacen bien los huevos fritos y las tortillas de patatas.Muy buena compra a pesar de q me equivoqué de tamaño.La mejor sartén que he tenido la verdad.la recomiendo.

A falta de probar, parece de calidad, aunque el mango es de aluminio (puede que sea débil).Lo que no me ha gustado es que es de 18cm en la parte de arriba, pero el fondo sólo tiene 12 cm...es un poco pequeña, sobre todo porque da a pensar que 18 cm es el fondo.
