The material is thick and the fit is perfect. I bought a large and had to exchange it for an extra large. I am 158 pounds and 5‘5“ in height.

True to size, soft, very flattering

I am 5'6" 180 lbs and ordered the large. Fits great and is very flattering. I have a little bit of a stomach and even without Spanx it looks good! Def recommend for the great price. I am going to wear it for a conference with a crop cardigan.

I was looking for summer dresses that were easy on, easy wear.I bought this dress in the black & Berry colors. The first thing I noticed out of the package was the weight of the dress- It's a thicker heavier fabric. Once I put it on I was very pleased with the fit. I'm 5'10 and 160lb- I ordered Size LRG.I liked the slimming effect and the hug to my body. I enjoyed the slit to the knee which made it easy to walk and easy to sit. I also enjoyed the wider straps as I was able to wear a full Bra underneath with nothing visible.I did notice My "undergarment" created lumps and bumps... once I removed them It was an incredibly slimming and flattering fit. I went back and purchased the pink & apricot colors. I own it in 4 colors now. I've also purchased 2 cardigan & several longer necklaces to Dress it up for Evening attire. Looks great Alone for casual day. NOT for Office or Church etc as it is BodyCon with a high slit.

I was wearing medium/6 in dresses when I ordered three of these in size small. I gained some weight and they still fit. That's to say that they're very stretchy, but the knit is thick enough that it doesn't become translucent from the tension.- (if wasn't communicating clearly above) the material is thick but breathes, and it has a high stretch percentage- imo they run large- also imo they seem great for a variety of body types. If you're pear or hourglass, I doubt you'll need alterations to accommodate your ratios- I ordered three bc of the excellent fit, but when I wore one once, I noticed after I set it on my closet island that it had already pilled. So as nice as the density and stretch is, the knit is cheap. In any case, if you're willing to use a pill shaver, I still recommend (though I did get these on sale, so that's an easier reality for me to accept I suppose)- it may be redundant to say, but they're comfortable (bc stretch) and soft- the slit is a bit high in the thigh for me at 5'3" so I wear a yoga romper to avoid flashing the public- the hem almost meets my ankles- admittedly, the attention makes me uncomfortable, but I get a lot of compliments in them, so I assume the silhouette is flattering. If that's your thing, run it

I love this dress. It's super comfortable and very flattering, however the first time I ever wore it the strap broke. Or rather unraveled. It was literally hanging on by a thred and I didn't even notice until my coworker said something cause there was no rip or tear the thread just fell out. So keep in mind that it's not very sturdy.

I'm 5'2", 115 lbs, 30C bust, 27" waist. This fit great! A little long on me but I wasn't mad at it. The fabric is thick, but the style means you can still get away this on 'cooler' summer nights. Material seems like it will hold up but I'd still recommend washing in a laundry bag.
