At an advance age, it good to take a wide variety of supplements. It can also be very expensive if you buy each ingredient separately. This is a way to cover your health needs at a reasonable price. It is efficient since you take one pill, not 5-10 pills at a time.

I'm impressed by the contence on the label. Haven't tried yet. But if sufficient, it will allow me to drop three pills and cinnamon that I currently take. Wish me luck and will update later.

Like the ingredients to help heal inflammation issues. Both my granddaughter and I are using them with meals and feel the difference.

This product includes a lot of the "usual suspects" that people like to supplement, like turmeric, ACV, zinc, etc., but also quite a few I don't usually see in multi- products, like bitter melon, licorice, chromium, etc. Overall, this product seems to cover a broad spectrum of blank, blank and blank (Amazon censorship) targeted supplements. Although I've had no problems taking these capsules for several weeks now, I can't make any scientific claim of benefit; I can only hope its doing long term good for my health. Weigh the cost of this product against that of the supplements you're most interested in to determine if it's worthwhile to you. I'm neutral on this point, but your perspective might differ.

This product does not work it’s garbage

I currently take turmeric, zinc, and fenugreek in separate tablets. So, you can imagine my excitement when I discovered a pill that combines all three and more!What's even better is that this pill is free from any additives. The only extra ingredient listed on the bottle is the veggie capsule. The pill is a bit on the larger side, but it's still easy to swallow and doesn't have any taste.Just a heads up, you'll need to take 2 pills per serving, so the bottle will only last you a month.
