This is a steal at the price, and a fun, if fast, build.THE BRICKS are superb. Zero complaints or problems.THE INSTRUCTIONS are also superb. Everything is nicely laid out and easy to follow. Do be careful when crafting the carvings for the sides and crown - They aren't symmetrical and you'll mess up easily if you assume they are.THE BUILD is brief (2 hours, max) but a lot of fun. There's nothing especially clever or unusual, but it all just flows. The upper portion is largely hollow, which allows space for the fairy lights you just pile in. I do appreciate that the power brick is both built-in to the design and easy to access for whenever the batteries eventually die.This turned out larger than I expected, which is actually pretty cool. It's a bit plain up close, but from a few feet away or across a room it looks really sharp.Now I just need a little Lego John Wick to put at the base.Made in China.

A great first architecture set for beginning builders. The instructions were clear, there were no missing pieces, and the build was fun and relatively straight forward. The included lighting is a plus and helps the set look fantastic on the shelf...highly recommended.

Architecture Arc De Triomphe in Paris Building Set★★★★★ (5.0 Stars!)"This is even better than the set we got for the boys at Galeries Lafayette!", remarks my better half, talking about that time, long ago, when we visited their megastore at Blvd. Haussmann.I got this building set for the grandkids, 4 and 7, as a summer project.600 pcs, quite detailed, but it took the precocious little ones just over two days to built it."Do you need help with the lights?", we ask."No, thank you!", says the seven-year-old, our own reading and math little scholar, confident with the familiarity of the Lego-like pieces. It also helps that the set comes with a detailed step-by-step building guide, and that the pieces are meticulously organized in numbered plastic bags corresponding with the building steps.Priced very reasonably, the set follows the color scheme and structure of the historic French monument, including carving on the four pillars.Overall, this is one of those toys with educational value, decorative for the bookshelf too.

This Arc De Triomphe building set is a fun and educational project. The lights add a beautiful touch, making it a great display piece. It took a couple weeks part time to put it all together, so much fun.
