Second update: more recent trip and the sim card worked perfectly! Buying another for my next trip.Update: After some inital trouble, they got me up and running quickly. Great service. 4 stars. If there was no issue at all would get 5 stars. I will use this service again. If good next time I will update this review again. The sim itself and the coverage in country are excellent!So far it is a total waste. I charged it with lots of data and minutes, but now here in Korea and it is USELESS. I am tech savvy, so that is not the issue! If they make it right I will update. If they dont give me a refund (if not fixed) they will get a chargeback, Hopefully they fix my connection quickly.

Upon landing at Korea's Incheon airport, I found that this SIM card did not work. My two friends both purchased the same SIM cards and their's did not work either. That's 0/3. Not a good look for a terrible product.Don't waste your money purchasing these defective SIM cards.

The sim card delivered was faulty and eventually had to be replaced. Technical support was prompt and professional. Just had to visit a local service center to troubleshoot the issue.Will definitely use it again the next time I visit Korea.

I highly recommend this SIM card for those traveling to Korea. It is as easy as 1-2-3 and automatically activates on the day you choose. I was able to utilize mobile data and make calls as soon as I got off the plane!

If you are looking for any online order/register/food order in South Korea, this card doesn't have enabled ID verification. So, you can't pass their verification process even you put the your name, Korean identity number, phone number. If you have a mobile device which can be used in South Korea already, it can be useful make a call or text. But, THAT'S IT. Additionally, custom service is really forceful. If you put some negative feedback during the service, they impose removing the feedback on you and suspend your service. They said "If you remove the feedback, we can enable and make it active your sim card". WOW!!!!

Got the sim on time and customer service was very very efficient and fast. I needed some help to set up the card and they were very timely and helpful. Was also able to set up id verification, which you don't get with other prepaid cards. (You need to have a korean id for this). There are cheaper options but can't beat the convenience of having th card and cell numbee on hand when you land, especially now having to go through covid process.Haven't landed yet so fingers crossed it will work seamlessly. Will update if there are any issues.

Ich habe diese Simkarte für mein Auslandssemester in Korea gekauft.Mit der Lieferung zu meiner Adresse in Deutschland gab es keine Probleme. Aufgrund der aktuellen Bestimmungen ist es notwendig, dass man vor seiner Einreise in Korea eine koreanische Telefonnummer besitzt. Eine Simkarte am Flughafen zu kaufen ist nicht möglich, da die Telefonnummer bereits vorher benötigt wird.Die Telefonnummer ist nötig, da von den Immigration Officern eine Self-quarantine App auf jedem Smartphone installiert wird, welche die Einhaltung der Pflichtquarantäne überwacht.Bei mir hat die SIM-Karte zunächst nicht funktioniert und so musste mein koreanischer Kontakt mir bei der Einreise behilflich sein.Das hat zu einigen Problemen geführt, da ein Kontakt zu den Behörden nur über Anrufe möglich ist.Allerdings hat mir hier der Kundenservice sofort bei meinen Problemen geholfen. Nachdem es nicht anders möglich war, wurde mir am nächsten Tag per Kurier eine neue SIM-Karte geliefert, welche nun einwandfrei funktioniert.Für diesen hervorragenden Kundenservice gebe ich 4 Sterne, mit dem Abzug, dass die Sim-Karte nicht sofort funktioniert hat, was allerdings ein technisches Problem meines Smartphones zu sein scheint.

Achetée pour mon fils qui partait faire ses études en Corée . Il a pu l’activer dés son arrivée et donner un numéro local. difficultés pour la faire fonctionner en 4G-mais comme le wifi est omniprésent cela ne le gêne pas trop.
