Worked great after some trial and error
I followed the instructions but had to add hotter water. Then, I left it in too long, and it turned into almost a gel. After cooling it and adjusting the temperature and timing, it worked as shown in the pictures. Don’t panic if you make a mistake; just keep trying until you’re satisfied as it’s designed to be repeatable. I’ve had a mouthguard from the dentist for years and didn’t realize how worn out it was until I used this one!

Great guards
This guard was easily moulded to fit my teenager who grinds his teeth each night.The dentist suggested a moudable guard to we decided to give it a try.He tells me is it comfortable to sleep in.And we have a extra as it's a pack of 2!Excellent, I'm happy.
