Pouch fits but not well
The pouch itself doesn't fit very well on my 2" duty belt, whoever designed this has never used molle before the extra straps don't reslly do anything to keep it in place, the scissors are nice but don't stay in the pouch. The tourniquet seems nice I didn't test it

The sheath for the tourniquet Looks good and the scissors cut perfectly. This product is the deception because it does not come with a tourniquet. Do not go by the photographs you will be unhappy.
