Great
The outer cover is soft like butter. I use this under my ankle area when I sleep. I was worried it would be too squishy and wouldn’t hold up the weight of my foot/leg. It definitely does. Great product!

What pillow? Zero support
If you want support then this is not for you.It is soft, but gives no support in fact it melts like butter on hot toast.I lay my chin on it and it flattened down to a just a couple of CM's.It gives Zero (0) supportIt's 3.5 inches not 4 inches as described.

It’s too soft kinda missing the whole point. I needed a little firmer this literally melts under you like you put cotton candy in water -.-
