First I just want to say that the people who are saying these are not real NurseMates haven't done their research. Align is a product line made by NurseMates and if you don't believe me go to their website nurse mates.com. This Amazon listing does use slightly outdated images so if you want to see exactly what the shoes will look like I would go to the website.I've recently started a new job in a hospital where I'm on my feet all day. I was looking for a shoe that would be comfortable, supportive, and meet the solid (not mesh) upper requirements for my job. These are everything I wanted! I have bad feet that lead to ankle, knee, and back pain if I stand too long. I have custom orthotics and these feel EXACTLY LIKE THEM!Before I got these I had bought a popular (and more expensive) healthcare shoe. While they were extremely cushioned they had zero support whatsoever and no room for my orthotics. As soon as I tried these on I immediately returned the other ones. I've already gotten compliments from coworkers that love the look of these.They're easy to slip on, extremely supportive, and I love that I can wipe off any spills. My only complaint is that they are pretty squeaky on the floors at the hospital but I suspect it's due to the anti-slip feature.I highly recommend these to anyone looking for support, comfort, and convenience. I will be repurchasing these whenever I wear this pair out.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are very comfortable and have some great arch support without being too much. I have flat feet so it is a balance for me I need a little support but too much really hurts my arches since I don’t have any. The fit on these I found to be very odd luckily I was able to try them on in the store to get the right fit before I ordered them I usually wear a 7 or 8 depending on the brand but these shoes I had to order in a 7W because they are very narrow and even the 8 regular felt very very narrow but too big length wise so if you have even semi wide feet I would recommend ordering a wide. I don’t usually ever wear wide shoes so if you do wear wide then the wide in this shoe may not be wide enough for you.

Im a vet tech. Im on my feet about 12 hours of my 14 hour shifts. The support in these shoes is amazing. I especially love the arch support that is really high. They are very light weight and that helps so much when walking all day. They bend very well to when you get into those twister hold positions. They do seem to have some kind of film over to the top of them to stop liquid from getting in. They are very easy to wipe everything from blood to urine off. The out side seems to not hold any work smells on it too. Perfect for parvo protection. My feet do hurt at the end of a 14 hour day but i think it is ridiculous to think they wouldn't. My feet take about 6 to 8 hours of hard work in these shoes before i start to feel them. They are very non slip. Dragged around on a wet floor by a big dog, and i did not slip.Cons: These dont breath at all. No liquid in but no air out, and i would rather no liquid in. The bottom of the shoe is white. They are not dirty yet but expect they will be soon.

One star because pictures are a total lie. The shoes I received are more rounded in toe area. There is no “heart” on side signifying authentic Nursemates shoes. Shoe laces and bottom outside sole looks exactly as pictured.I have two pairs of the” real” Align Nursemates and they work so well that I wanted more; hence me buying 2 more. The Align series and Brooks seems to work better for me than any others. I last about 2/3 hours in these unlike 20-30 minutes in allOther brands. I still switch them out with all the other name brand tennis shoes when my feet starts to hurt.I HAAAAATE TENNIS SHOES And THEY HATE ME JUST AS MUCH. So I have to buy these ugly shoes for work but because I Hate All tennis shoes-I couldn’t care how they look/how much they cost as long as I could continue to work without dying from my feet hurting so badly.HOW THEY FEEL: I bought 2 pairs-black and white.If you’re looking for arch support-exactly why I bought these-they’re great. Outside material repels water. I’ve worn the white ones once for 2 hours and they’re not as cushiony as the black ones. The white ones also pinches the top area of my arches, especially on the left side. The black ones even after wearing them twice at about 3/4 hours each time is very cushiony and doesn’t pinch anywhere.I’ll try to update once I “break” them in.I go through these tedious reviews because I want to help others the way other people’s honest reviews has Immensely helped me.Good luck, y’all!!

These shoes are great! Great arch support that's not memory foam. Easy to clean and your feet stay dry when giving patients showers. These are true to size and enough space in the toe box for being on your feet.

Cute as can be, but not true to size. I measure a 6.5 wide, but am post surgery so I thought I’d try a half-step larger. It was shorter and more narrow than my 6.5 shoes. I was disheartened to have to return them. I was hoping to use it as a dressier shoe until I’m out of athletic shoes.

This is my second time buying the exact same shoe because they are so perfect and comfortable. I have really high arches and these are the only shoes that I can wear all day and not have my feet be in severe pain by the time I get home. The first pair last me a year and a half of almost daily wear before they finally broke down and needed to be replaced. I really love these shoes. I highly recommend for anyone on their feet a lot who has high arches.

These shoes are sooo comfortable. I’m a healthcare worker and spend all day on my feet. The first day I wore these to work I didn’t have foot pain! I have an arch that’s falling and metatarsalgia, so the ball of my feet hurt all day. With these shoes they don’t! Plus they have great arch support! I can feel it supporting my bad arch when I walk and stops the pain. Lifts your heels up a bit too which helps. Highly recommended!

I work in a lab and I am on my feet a lot. I was having problems with ankle and heel pain but once I started wearing these shoes that pain has gone away. I will buy again.
