I can walk properly
My physio recommended these as I have a damaged achillies tendon. I found I could walk much better, first using all 3 and now down to just two layers in each shoe. They stick together easily but not so well that they cannot be pulled apart when it is time to remove a layer.

Good quality but misleading photos
Only the top layer is natural brown leather colour. The next peel-off layers are black so no good for summer shoes. On the other hand the heel raisers are soft to touch and self-adhesive.One more point - plastic packaging could be reduced in line with current trends.
