I have one or two of these myself and I gave this one to my sibling and they really like it. It holds a lot and is actually really good quality too. I love the way that it closes and how much they can fit into it with ease.

I was drawn to this bag by it's lay flat design which allows you to easily see the contents, but folds up compactly to not take up too much space in your luggage. The outer material is a vinyl faux-leather which was rather pungent upon arrival. After a week or so the smell had mostly dissipated. The inside is a pretty flimsy satiny material, but sufficient for the lining and the small pockets. Do not expect to put anything larger than lipgloss or mascara in the pockets. At the time of my purchase the price was about $9, but at the time of this review it's dropped to $4.99 which is much more reasonable for the size and quality. I recommend it at the lower price point.

That being said, the price does affect my recommendation. This is a good bag for the $3.99 price point, but not at the $8.49 price point.It's pretty, and seems sturdy, but that's only for the outside. I don't like the cheap material on the inside at all! The pockets aren't very deep, the divider just "floats" there because it's only sewn on the sides, and it's very flimsy. It won't hold much at all.This bag will hold a lot, but your makeup won't stay organized simply because of the design. The act of opening and closing it will shift things around. It wouldn't be so bad if the divider was more sturdy and would hold items on each side of it, but because it's not attached at the bottom and the material is so flimsy it allows items to shift back and forth underneath it.

First and foremost, this smells like chemical trash. It has such a strong odor that I had to put it outside in hopes of airing it out. I personally wouldn't want to keep products that I wear on my face in something that smells so awful. It makes sense that it smells awful, considering it's basically plastic. But not good plastic, really bad cheap plastic-ey vinyl. The material on the inside is exceptionally cheap as well, that's almost like a waxy plastic that is not much thicker than wax paper. I've added a photo of a stick of deodorant for scale - It's not a large deodorant, and it still is too tall to fit in the main compartment, so those side compartments would potentially hold a bottle of foundation. However, I imagine that this lining would rip within one use. The zipper is so cheap that it almost broke when I tried to zipper it with nothing in the bag. I have purchased nicer makeup bags at the Dollar Tree. Don't waste your money. This is going straight in the trash.

The thing that I like most about this bag is that when you open it you can see all the contents. In other upright bags you have to look around. I can see just what I have in the bag as it sits on the counter. It does hold a lot and when you are done it zippers nicely closed. Fits well in luggage or can be used by itself. I am using it to keep my makeup neat on the vanity in my bathroom.

I don't like the placement of the handle, it's supposed to be able to hold items inside standing up and open and close without items inside falling over. With the handle being on its side the items inside end up falling over. Its cheap material, flimsy bag, wouldn't recommend.

Such a great makeup bag that hold everything that I need to look pretty.The faux pink leather is very cute and easy to wipe down with a soft sponge if it were to get dirty.The wide opening of the makeup bag is the best part! I can see everything I have inside without having to fumble through my cosmetics. It also zips up perfectly for on the go!

One heck of a bargain at the $5.99 asking price as of this writing. How can you go wrong for 6 bucks?I ordered this bag to keep my mini-vacuum in the console of my car. I wanted a case that was flexible and not too bulky. This bag fills those requirements. The pleather is thin but adequate to my needs. It will protect the vacuum and keep all of its component pieces organized. A very small, thin zipper compartment is at the center of the bag. There are small storage pockets on either side of the interior. It will work perfectly for what I wanted and it's a heck of a nice bag for the price. I deducted one star for the company name printed on the front. I am not a fan of logos printed on things.
