Q: Can you change the bulb in this?

Hi no sorry they are LEDs, which should not need changing.

Q: Can you operate the light and diffuser separately please?

You can. There are two buttons - one operates the diffuser (continuous or in 30 second intervals) and the other the light. Both diffuser and light can be operated independently.

Q: Adaptor is making sizzling noise, anyone had a problem like that? I am scared to use it now.

The adaptor should not be making a noise. Please contact the seller directly, these come with a 12 month warranty. Outside of warranty some spare parts, including adaptors, are available.
