Very pleased with this scale and its Fitdays app!
I'm trying to lose twenty pounds, doing a lot of bicycling and some weight work. Bought this because i have been very pleased with my purchase of a Wellue CheckMe heart monitor, blood oxygen monitor, blood pressure monitor, 24-hour Holter monitor, sleep monitor, and pedometer in one.All features of both of these products work quite well. I'll discuss the mobile phone app (free) that enables the scale to communicate with the phone via Bluetooth, record each weighing, and provide multiple additional values based on the data you provide when you set it up and some built-in algorithms. Just make sure the phone is on with the app open, set it aside (unless you want to include the weight of the phone with that of your body, which considering some people's relationship with their phone might be more appropriate), and step on the scale. The scale turns on automatically, quickly determines your weight to the tenth of a pound (kilogram and stone units are also configurable), settles almost immediately, then transfers the reading to the app. The whole process from stepping on the scale to recording of the weight on the phone app is about five seconds.Having never owned a scale of this sophistication before, I can't compare this to a prior one, but compared to a spring scale, it's much more pleasant and certainly more accurate to use. My spring scale could vary by five pounds just by rocking forward or back while standing on it. My wife has an older digital scale without the Bluetooth or other features of this one, and these two provide almost identical readings. I can't be sure of the accuracy of either, but their consistency and the fact that absolute weight is less important than relative readings for the same person leads me to be amply satisfied with that aspect. Now to the phone app. It's simple to configure, easy and quick to use. The top half of the main screen provides the current weight result in easily read, relatively large print within a large circle. The upper left corner is where your account is shown, and where you can select or add a new user or select "Guest". The upper right corner provides access to record a weight manually, perhaps useful if you weigh yourself on a different scale at the gym or doctor's office. It also has a link to an extensive FAQ and a Share button. Baby Mode is interesting. You weigh yourself first, then weigh yourself holding the baby (or any other object--I'm thinking a bicycle or anything else that you wish to weigh, but that would be awkward or impossible to place on the scale on its own, and the app performs the subtraction to determine the weight of the held object. Circumferences and height are also available here, where you can record your measurements if you buy their Bluetooth measuring tape, which I did not do. Below the large circle with your weight is your target weight. Below that is the time and date of the latest measurement, followed by the change from your prior weighing, date and time provided, of Weight, Body Mass Index, and Body Fat %. If you tap in this area, you will be taken to More Data, which lists Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Fat-free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat %, Visceral Fat (I assume this is also a percentage, but it could be a mass--the app does not provide the units represented), Body Water %, Skeletal Muscle %, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein %, BMR kcal, and Body Age. For each of these values, you can tap to find where it lies on a spectrum and indicates where it should be. Back to the main page. Below the More Data link, you have the current values for Weight, BMI, and Body Fat %, along with whether the number is considered Thin or Low, Average, High, or Too High. At the very bottom of the screen are Measure (the page just described), Charts, and Account.Tapping Charts takes you to line graphs for each of the thirteen values listed above, each of which can only display six points on the graph at a time. You can slide the chart forward or back to see more data points, but never more than six at a time. You can tap to expand each chart and view horizontally, making it easier to read the values and dates of measurement, but again, only those six points. In this view, you can also select to view by week, month, or year, in addition to Recent. This is a nice feature that will become more valuable as you accumulate more measurements. However, you are still limited to six points at a time. I would like to be able to pinch the chart so as to squeeze more points into the visible screen area, but this is frustratingly not possible. You can tap User Data from the Charts page to see a calendar by month with the dates measurements were recorded circled. This lets you see how consistent you've been in using the scale. It appears to be capable of showing three months at a time, but as I've had this scale for less than a month, I can only see one month shown so far.Tapping Account takes you to the final page, which lists each account (up to 24 are available, plus Guest). This is where you can select and manage these accounts. The currently selected account is at the top. Below that are links to Device, Add User (self explanatory), and Settings. Below those are the existing accounts, along with the latest weight recorded for each. Under Device, you will find the scale listed, its name, which can be personalized by tapping it, and its MAC address. In the upper right corner of the screen, you can tap the plus sign to select the pairing type: Bluetooth, QR code, or SN code. Tapping the first searches for available devices. Tapping the second lets your phone scan a QR code on the device to be paired, and tapping the third lets you manually enter the serial number of the device to be paired. I did not have to use any of these to initially pair my phone with the scale, but I imagine you would need to use this feature to add the Bluetooth tape measure, a Fitbit, Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc.Tapping Settings provides access to quite a few features, some of which are accessible from other locations already described. In addition, you can change to different color themes, set your target weight, choose your units, select whether to have an audible signal when the app receives a measurement, select from 23 languages, access email help, including an option to submit suggestions, and set a PIN so other phone users will not have access to your data.In conclusion, I recommend this scale and am happy with my purchase. Writing this review caused me to explore the app more thoroughly and increased my appreciation of the purchase even further. My wife has abandoned her digital scale to use this one with her Fitbit and has set up her own phone with the app, which is another valuable feature--the ability for different phones to access the same scale. I only have two minor complaints: the lack of ability to see more than six data points at once in the charts mentioned above, and the ubiquitous substandard translations from Mandarin to English. On this latter point, at least the awkwardness is not so extreme that the intended meaning is lost, as in some other product manuals or apps I've encountered. But why not have a native English speaker review the translation and remove the awkwardness?

Excellent Accuracy
Appearance:Sleek design and light weight. Starts up and resets quickly. Comes with 4 AAA batteries.Accuracy:The scale is very accurate to the decimal of a Kg. But that's also somewhat of an inconvenience if you want to see your weight in pounds, in which case you have to go online and convert from Kg to Lbs. I tried it with 1 kg and 1 gram dead weights. It was definitely accurate. Also it shows good accuracy with fluctuations in your daily weight. For example your fasting weight in the morning after voiding is lower than later in the day and is also obviously different with and without clothes. So it's important to always weigh yourself at the same time each day and have the same clothing (or none which is easiest and most consistent).Best Features:1) App connected to Bluetooth to conveniently keep track of your numbers2) Automatically calculates BMI from your weight and weight. The rest of the calculations (Body water, body fat ratio, skeletal muscle ratio, bone mass are mathematically DERIVED from height and weight. They should not be relied upon as accurate.Overall Assessment and Value:For the price it's quite a good product. The key advantages are the App and calculation of BMI. Key disadvantage is that weight is not converted to pounds on the scale itself.

Body fat reading is horribly inaccurate. Don’t buy!
I’ve used commercial InBody machines for years and it always was very reliable. I wanted to buy a home device to measure my muscle mass. This scales results are so far from factual readings. I’ve been working out for years, and know nutrition, and I can fully say DO NOT BUY this scale. It’s not that the readings were off by just a little, they were WAY off.For example, my fat levels were 10% higher than actual:Commercial InBody: 13,4%This scale: 23,3%See attached picture with my six pack abs.Horribly incorrect readings.

Seems accurate, looks nice.
This scale looks sleek and it gives you an accurate reading pretty quickly. I was just weighed at my primary care doctor’s office just a couple of days ago and the reading from this scale is spot-on. I’m not sure how accurate the other reading are, such as BMI, lean body mass, etc., but hopefully I can figure that out soon. I’d recommend this scale, it does what it’s supposed to.One more thing, the app is ok, I’d say 3/5 stars for the app…it’s not super responsive when trying to initially make your account. Honestly, all I really care about is that it tracks my weight loss over time, and it gives you graphs, so I can’t really complain. Give it a try and see if you like it. :)

It's compatible with multiple devices
Overall I like the scale. However, the different measurements, BMI, etc. appear to be way off compared to the lager model impedance tools

Ease of use
Great compatibility to my Google Fit and is now essential to my health monitoring. Measures the body to fat, heart rate and more. The scale connects to my phone flawlessly every time. Battery lasts long. Highly recommended for those on a health quest.

Sehr gute Waage

Worth the money!
Only had this scale for a couple of days & so will update if necessary a few weeks on.. but so far, I'm glad I did a lot of research before buying & I trawled through Amazon before I found this scale.I could have gone a lot cheaper (& vice versa), but what swung it for me was the reading screen. Being as blind as a bat (probably unfair to bats, ) I thought this was a no brainer for me.On arrival (very quick), I was impressed by how well packaged it was. No "film" on the scale though, but hey... no biggy.A bit heavier than I imagined, but we're not talking lump of lard here. Well, we are... but that's me... hence needing a scale!!!The scale itself is very sleek - again, one of the reasons I bought it because I don't like buttons and bars you have to try and get your feet aligned on. No such problem here.Set up was relatively easy. It didn't automatically pair with my tablet, but it was simple to connect in the App by just going into "My Account ➡️ Devices ➡️ Add... and my scale paired up immediately. I could have tried the QR code too, but I couldn't be arsed, knowing my tablet can be a bit mardy with QR codes. I put it on my tablet because it's easier to read than on my phone... but I've downloaded on my phone too so I've no excuse not to use it. I'm good at finding loop holes. In the battery compartment there's a little button that allows you to switch weighing units... being a traditional kinda gal (how I wish I looked like Gal) I turned it to St/lbs. It didn't stay set at that for some reason. First time, it went back to Kg, second to lbs. I used the button again but also changed the weight units in the App & this time it stayed. Maybe I should have altered in the App first... I don't know - but then I can turn my phone on & off... what more do you want? The screen is fantastic. So easy to read. Unfortunately... so easy to read. I am officially a small Whale. 😭😭😭😭.However, weight wise, the scale was as accurate as the one I used at a Gym last week. Gym you ask? You must work out! I do!! When the moon is blue & there's no "day" in the week. The truth is I went with a friend & watched as she valiantly tried to burst a blood vessel as I continued watching on & thought.... tit. I didn't just think it either. Called her it too... but then she's been my Bestie for 27yrs & "rude" is our way of life. But look - I was in a Gym & I used the equipment... their pen to sign in, the lockers & the scales! I have therefore been to a Gym & achieved.I digress. So yes, the scales were as accurate as the professional ones. Verdict? 🐋On standing on the scales... you do need to stand still until all the lights stop flashing. I resisted accompanying them with a rendition of YMCA... but the flashing was over in about 7 seconds so I couldn't get my voice warmed up in time. My neighbours were appreciative. I loved that there was a "bong" from the App (I think) when it had finished weighing. Seconds out!!Looking down, I loved the screen. Bright & clear. I didn't love what it was showing me...but I felt the rise of a challenge stir (cue Rocky music) to make that little black square tell me I'm losing weight & don't have the body of an 80yr old. I'm not 80 & quite frankly there's lots of 80yr olds out there who put me to shame. Is the body age thing accurate? Probably. Hubby got on the scale and it gave him his correct age.But then he could eat enough for a small family daily & not put on weight. Jammy... very much like the donut I just scoffed. However the body age thing will never work for me because of the hobby I've enjoyed for all but 4yrs of my life. Yeah yeah... no. Not eating. But it does give you muscles. If I slimmed down to the recommended weight for my height/age I'd look... well... dead.Hubby registered himself & away he went. He was also very impressed. So, after I got up off the floor in shock... because hell that man IS the living embodiment of Victor Meldrew... I knew I'd made the right choice.Early days yet... but so far, very impressed. So impressed I bought a second set & sent to my son as we're doing a weight loss drive together as he's added a few pounds to his bodily CV this last year.So far... a very good piece of kit.I won't be weighing myself every day as I'm sure is the temptation... because I know you should only do this once every 1-2 weeks to get a proper idea of what's occurin'Party on peeps... Y.. M... C..A (you know it's stuck in your head now... you can thank me later 😁)
