I've been looking for either holy basil or lemon grass and with this order you receive 4 variety dried Thai/Asian cooking spices.The price was insanely low for one, but you receive four and for me what is a selling point: they are in plastic containers and NOT glass.Will definitely look into other cooking items from this company!

These are Thai spices I do not use very often. It’s nice they come so well packaged for longer term use. I look forward to cooking with them.

Flavorful and fresh set of spices, each container was well sealed and each of the spices smell great. I've used the holy basil, lemongrass, and chili in soup so far and they imparted nice flavors.

The spices were boxed and each container was pull-tab sealed for freshness. Easy to open. The Thai basil tastes fresh and bright in my noodle dishes. The chili peppers are fine as well and added heat to my stir fry. I use them sparingly because they're really hot. Haha I didn't like the lemongrass, it's not my kind of flavor, it's a flavor you either love it or you don't. I tried it and I don't like lemongrass. The galangal was an issue because it was so dried that they were like rocks and it was nowhere near as easy as the advertisement says to rehydrate them. I set them aside in hot water from my kettle and they didn't hydrate. I tried a few times to hydrate them and gave up and trashed them. I enjoyed 2 of the 4 seasonings. None of the spices are organic so for me, the quality is just ok. It's an ok value considering I was unable to use the galangal.

This is a nice set of imported Thai spices. Each one comes in an individual, sealed jar. The chilies were whole, and everything smelled really good when I opened the individual jars.They come in a box, and this would make a wonderful gift for someone looking to expand their culinary options.I was surprised at how reasonably priced this gift set was. At 10 dollars, it is an excellent choice for any home cook.
