Anyone who fights sleep at night from being too warm should get this blanket! I am warm all the time so I will use this blanket All year round. It is lightweight and thin and is slippery - kind of like a t-shirt. The front side is made with 100% nylon and the back of the blanket is made with 100% polyester. You need to wash the blanket before use and I wouldn't put in the dryer, just hang it doesn't take long to dry. It is very comfortable and soothing. When my daughter had the flu she really liked how it cooled off her body temperature. Also good for any woman going through menopause! I've already bought a few for my family members and will be buying some for Christmas for others highly recommend it!

I love that it actually is a cooling blanket. It has been washed and dried. No instructions came with it. Its size is a bit awkward. Very light weighted. I’m glad I bought the two different sizes. I do recommend it. No regrets purchasing this blanket.

I am a hot sleeper, always have been. For my years I would wake up sweating. When I was looking for cooling blankets, I read lots of reviews of various blankets and ended up buying this one. It has been an absolute game changer.I don’t wake up sweating anymore, very rarely. This blanket is incredibly breathable. I personally need weight when I sleep, not too much (such as a weighted blanket) and not too little (such as just a sheet). This blanket is the perfect balance for me personally, to the point where I can sleep with just this blanket.Obviously, your body can still get warm while using this blanket, but it stays cool. The easiest way to describe it is comparing it to when you flip over your pillow - it’s exactly like that.I don't write reviews for hardly any products on Amazon, but this one deserves one. This blanket has seriously changed my life sleeping-wise (not kidding). I have since bought one for my bed at home and a tinier one for strictly traveling. This blanket was soft, but did not work as other cooling blankets I have purchased have. The ‘cooling material’ was only on one side of the blanket and the other side was a rougher fabric. It did not feel cool to touch. It also was a slight bit smaller in size than I expected.
