Good quality tent
Took this out of the box seems to be well made. I haven’t attached it to my truck yet but will update this when I do.

Quality Control?
So my first tent that was sent had a broken pole and one missing pole. The quality Control is lacking. My second tent I think is still missing a pole. I give up I need use rather than sending tents back n forth. I really don’t need the awning poles

Please read if you’re looking for a first tent for Toyota Tacoma
My setup involves the short bed Toyota Tacoma and installation is simple just follow the instructions for set up and tear down. Its folds small. It was used multiple trips in temperate weather on the Cali central coast during the spring months with heavy rain. Might run a little hot because its water proof and windows were sealed at night. Dimensions were exact. Issue with the durability of the shipped in the box fiberglass rod poles. Easy to replace !

Fits long beds!
I was looking for a tent to fit my 1961 gmc long bed. I was worried it wouldn't fit well as the bed is about 8' but I bought the biggest size (6.5') and it fit great! It's good quality for the value and I was able to set it up by myself. Can't wait to take it out later this month!

No rain fly
Paid full price as the heytrip website but did not get the rain fly. Its useless without the fly.

Great tent
Took this up to Maine as an additional space for someone to sleep in attached to my Tundra. Easy to set up and very waterproof. Huge thunderstorm that had so much heavy rain I was nervous that the tent would be soaked but bone dry! Only improvement I would make is a hole for an electric cord to fit through without using the door zip. Great first weekend with it.

Great option
Fits perfect in my 2024 Silverado Custom. I put it together in the driveway prior to camping with it. Better than sleeping on the ground for me
