How much Vitamin A is in one serving?

It contains zero vitamin A.  This is a heritage rice which originated in Africa and has a yellow seedcoat as opposed to the more common rice which originated in Asia and has a white seedcoat.  The grains of rice are white.

You may be confusing "gold rice" with "golden rice" which was created through genetic engineering to prevent the death or blindness of roughly two million people a year due to vitamin A deficiency in subsistence diets, truly one of the great triumphs of modern science.  The actual grains of that rice are gold in color because the rice was modified to make beta-carotene, which is also responsible for the yellow or orange color of carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.

The bag I got is bunch of broken rice grains, After rinsing well, it cooks up more like a porridge rather than individual grains of rice. Normal?

Hey Kids, this is an heirloom rice as advertised. One of the first to be cultivated in the colonies, again as advertised. It was teased back from near extinction by three PHD's. As such, it IS NOT a modern product and is subject to a host of problems bred out of modern cultivars. These responses are curious: did you all not read about what you were buying? This AIN'T Uncle Ben's and does have broken grains: Jeez, get over it and try if you CAN to appreciate the product. What a bunch of whiners and crybabies.
