Replacement velcro doesn't work
I liked this product but it only worked with the original velcro strips in place. The replacement velcro does not work. It's like the wrong side to stay stuck to the ostomy bag. I will have to find my own replacement velcro to continue using it.

This product gives me piece of mind and lets me live a very active lifestyle. I use it all of the time. I had an issue and the company stood by their product and made it right. thank you!

Save your money
It’s not worth the hassle. If I got them for free with my bags I might consider using them.

Too bulky, VERY expensive return!
The measurement made no sense, and I thought it would be flatter than the SIIL one, but it stuck out even more. Worst part is, you have to mail it back to Ireland (!), so you don’t get much of a refund.
