Did not work/company no help!
The throttle gave no power to the bike. We had two engineers put it together that have assembled other ebikes. Freeware also forgot the pedals so no way to ride it even manually. They said they would send the pedals and they never showed up and it’s been almost two months and I have since returned the bike. Also, this bike is for a giant. I’m 5’6 and this is much better suited for someone 6’2”! It would be very difficult to maneuver safely for a woman my size due to the giant size and also heavy weight of the bike. I ordered a different electric bike from Amazon for 600$ and having a fun experience now before summer is over. Freeware is terrible customer service. I waited two weeks to get a call from them to trouble shoot the no power issue with the bike and they just said they’d send the missing pedals, but they had told me that 2 weeks before that call and it was just dead end after dead end with them!

Cheap Amazon products and horable return policy. Do not buy from Amazon buy from freedare.
Paid $150 to have bike assembled and checked out come to find the battery is defective. Amazon is willing to ship me a new bike so I can swap out battery and then ship new bike back. Tried to charge me $250 for a replacement battery before that. Bad first impression. Won’t ship me a battery, trying to waste gas and peoples time with another 107 lb box. Told them I have to go up the stairs to get it. They don’t care. Amazon is full of crap they sell..junk stuff that if you complain they will send you a refund. Very unhappy with Amazon.
