This is my second order! That's how good these cookies from Cooper Street taste! Difficult to have a favorite, each type is crunchy and chock full of flavor.

These Biscotti cookies are delicious, low calorie and nothing artificial. Great dessert or snack.

Hey. They're cookies. Healthy? Probably no healthier than any other. But flavorful—dunked into a nice cup of coffee or tea they're darned hard to beat. They're also quite good all on their own. Not so many carbs that they could be called unhealthy nor are they heavy on the calories. And they have 2grams of protein per serving—how many cookies can boast protein? I'm shocked that I can discipline myself to just 4 per serving, but I can. Both the cherry, white chocolate and the lemon blueberry must vie for my favorites. Yum!

That they don't taste at all like "healthy cookies" is probably the highest praise I can give them. They're truly delicious biscotti, just hard enough to absorb your hot liquid of choice without crumbling, yet still perfectly munchable on their own. My mother, who loves and finds any opportunity to bake her own, loves the cherry and white chip but both bags we've tried have been excellent.The only issue is that one of the generously-filled bags arrived with its tear-off top unsealed. Thankfully, as a set, the bags were themselves bagged, preventing much spillage. Hopefully just an issue with new product packaging.

I got to try these through the Vine program and here I am buying more 3 days later! I devoured the cherry ones and I needed more. This time I got the blueberry lemon ones and they did not disappoint! I have already told my son about them and he is going to get some too. He FULLY trusts my recommendations on food items and he knows when I get this excited about a cookie (or other food) he knows it's going to be the Bomb!
