Driving was a lil sketchy 😂😂 but I guess it’s perfect because my posture needed to change.Doesn’t slip up or down when working out.OHHHH what I wished more reviews includedMy height is 5’2 I am 178 lbs. I wear a size 14 in jeans. (My thighs are thicker than a frozen snicker) I ordered a Large. I’m pleased with it. I think it’s perfect and I plan to lose weight so it will become bigger.Ohhhhh one more thing. I saw reviews complaining that it’s irritating their skin YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO WEAR A THIN SHIRT UNDER. Not straight to skin. I wear a latex work out blouse. Sweat is amazing !!

Not for larger body type

This is definitely worth the buy. I have had 2 other waist trainers before one priced at $10 and the other at $50 (the standard one with the rigid spine and three rows of hooks) and this is the best one in design and functionality. This one is the best quality because it is heavy duty, supportive and durable for my workouts. There are multiple Velcro bands in the bodice, and they are all thick, sturdy, and best of all adjustable to a wide range. I mostly wear this when I am working out, and I feel secure that it’s not going to budge (or the Velcro won’t start to slip during my workout letting everyone know I’m working out in my waist trainer). It is relatively thick, so if I’m wearing a T-shirt that’s my size but not fitted, it doesn’t show. With a fitted shirt, it does. That happens with most waist trainers though. This is a good buy. I would recommend.

Love my waist trainer I have been using it for a week I use it about four hours out of the day the material makes you sweat around your waist without doing anything I work out 40min a day and we’re it after it really helps I don’t like to use to work out because I don’t want to wash it to often want to make it last it supports my back while using it too I would of given five stars but don’t like that it is not longer around the waist I am 170pounds and got a size large will be buying again

So I’ve had this waist trainer for almost two years and it’s still going strong. The design allows it to be highly adjustable and it’s high quality. I go to the gym on average 4 days a week and probably throw it in the washing machine twice sometimes three times a month and it has held up well. I use it primarily for the gym and not to wear under my clothes. It is a bit too bulky for that unless you wear loose fitting clothes which I do not. Lol. I am 5’10 150lbs and ordered a medium and it fit well. As stated earlier it has an adjustable design so even though I have gotten smaller in my core area it still fits.

I’ve only been using it a week and i feel like it helps my posture. I haven’t seen any waist snatching yet but hopefully the more I wear it I will start to see results!

I really am satisfied with this waist trainer. There was a strong chemical smell when I opened the package and honestly I should have returned it because that odor can't be good. I put it back in the package to return it, put it away, forgot totally all about it until one day I was sorting out my closet to rid of things I no longer used and low in behold...the smelly waist trainer I forgot to return. Yikes! I took it out of the package once more with hesitation and, the odor was no more. Long story short, I kept it and I have noticed a difference in my tummy area.
