Good, almost perfect, read on:
The crystal is gorgeous, the laser etching is flawless and my partner and I both love it. There are just a couple things that could have really made the product perfect.1. The gift box was lovely, romantic, and an amazing surprise, but butterflies flying out with snowflakes on the box? A touch weird! Girlfriend did not let me hear the end of it lolIt would be nice if they gave you box options, it also came filled with fake flowers which were lovely. It was all packed thoughtfully.2. The LED base is not worth it. So, the heart crystal piece has a flat bottom, and the LED base has a glass top, but no slot to put the crystal in. It's also cheap.So you're laying this very small flat surface area (at least for the heart version), on the top of flat glass, trying to sit it perfectly on the little square LED, and I swear a strong huff would move it. A tiny bump on the drawer or table will make it move.The LED really needs to be lower inside the base, or there should be something to hold the crystal in place, it was really a disappointment in that regard. I would have easily paid much more money for a nice quality base, that secured the crystal.TL;DR Would buy again, just without the base.

Absolutely Gorgeous
I was a little panicked because Amazon notified me that it wasn’t gonna arrive till the 28th. I had paid extra to have it delivered before Christmas. It arrived two days early and I was very happy. It turned out absolutely beautiful. The quality is great. Nice and heavy and I love it.

No Butterfly Effect
I purchased extra to have the surprise butterfly explosion as a mother's day gift and not only did the package arrive late but it didn't come with the surprise butterfly explosion.
