Incredibly delicious pasta noodles. They are so good and fresh tasting. Nice wide pasta. This is useful for many dishes. My favorite is my homemade pork ragu. I keep 2 boxes on hand less. Grab some, try these flavorful amazing Italian noodles. Anything you would use wide egg noodles for, use these instead. Mangiare! Pasta perfecto.

I like these noodles, not all stores sell them. They are reasonable on amazon. They taste great and are sturdy and stand up well to sauces. I like making a mushroom pasta with them but anything would work. Enjoy

I'm reviewing the actual product though and not the shipping mishaps.These are a wide and long egg noodle that went lovely with a hearty meat sauce. I'd buy again.

These noodles were excellent. I served them with marinara sauce with a side of sea scallops. My husband thought it was a 5 star meal. The noodles were very light in texture which made them easy to eat. Did not give you a heavy feeling as ordinary egg noodles can do.

Nice and sturdy with perfect width and thickness . These papardelle do not get wimpy. They are easy and quick to boil. Lovely taste and chew. They hold sauce well and have a lovely bite to them. I recommend mixing them with a hearty sauce like bolognese. Not the type of pasta to just top with sauce. Hard to get in the supermarket so Amazon, as always, comes to the rescue. A bit pricey for a small amount but worth it.

Exactly as an egg noodle should taste! The pasta products called egg noodles in the grocery store are not.These bring back childhood memories.Love these!
