I absolutely hate pillows and as someone who is just getting used to having a new CPAP within the last year and sleeping on my belly or my side I was very frustrated and at a total loss for what to do this pillow is a game changer I love the little cutouts in the side it makes it so easy to lay on my belly or on my side or even to still be able to snuggle with my partner and not stab my whole full face mask into his face or his back I no longer have pain in my back and shoulders that I've had for so long that got worse with the CPAP this thing is honestly probably the best money I've ever spent 100% recommend

The carved out areas are a great idea. They can only work so well though.

I was really looking forward to this. Just got back on my cpap and where my cpap came from said this is the perfect pillow! Wait til Monday when I call them and ask them if they even tried it? I would rather sleep on a cheap motel pillow than this. How do I even shove it in a package to return it? STAY AWAY!! Waste of money and time. Now I have to look for another one!!

Pros: Great foam, excellent “ramp up” for neck, nice sides to allow for side sleeping, particularly for broad shouldered sleepers.Cons: Terrible “ramp down” for the back of the head, causing neck strain; still hard for side sleepers to use CPAP nose pillow type mask.

Pillow was good for a few weeks then the firmness did not hold up. The material on the Pillow started to snag from normal use. Just didn't hold up well.
