Good stuff.
I use this to make a dipping sauce for egg rolls and dim sum. This is a base ingredient in many Asian dipping sauce recipes. Product is fresh as shown by code date on bottle. Highly recommend.

One of the jars purchased expired last year. I threw it away. Waste of money.
