Keeps things cold for long but…
I am on my second one of these. There is definitely room for improvement with opening and closing mechanism. Sometimes it gets stuck and won’t open or close as easily as it’s portrayed in their advertising. I’d wait for an updated version to come out. It does keep drinks cold for 6-8 hours. That’s about the only positive for this item.

Not as sturdy as anticipated
Love the colour, love the size and the fact that it doesn’t leak and keeps water cold for a long time but the straw mechanism is fragile.

Great cup!
I have many brumate items but finally decided to get my daughter one of her own. This was perfect for her. It kept her water cold all day at school and after at the pool. It took her a minute to figure out the lid/straw but now uses it flawlessly. My 3 year old is not able to open it properly but my 5 year old has no issues

Best leak proof bottles.
Love these. I even got the 64oz one as well. They are truly leak proof. I have even have them securely in drink pouch on the outside of my backpack while riding my motorcycle and they still don't leak. Also they do a great job at keeping my drinks cold. I love that they have a straw as well.

Don’t put anywhere near sand!
Bought 4 of the Rotera 15oz water bottles for my two toddlers to replace the munchkin stainless steel spill proof sippy cups. First day we used them, we spent the day at the park. My son bought his water bottle over to the sand pit. Some sand got into gears of the twist open straw. It is not clear how I would clean it out. I tried to blow and rinse the sand out to no avail. The twisting function would no longer open the straw. My daughter’s cup was fine. So I returned his cup and had it replaced.Went to the beach today and thought to leave it at home but it is their primary water bottle. The same thing happened again, even with our best efforts to keep both bottles out of the sand. Returning all four bottles and replacing with the hydro flask 12oz water bottles.
