Wow this stuff works great, and this brand has worked perfectly -- no need to buy brand name meclizine hydrochloride that costs so much more per dose! We use this to prevent motion sickness in autos, on planes, and aboard cruise ships -- works every time, unless you are already starting to get motion sick. And no side effects we've noticed!

I occasionally get bouts of severe vertigo w/nausea if I sleep on my back for more than a few minutes when there's fluid in my ears or sinuses, and after taking certain kinds of medications. I recently had some major surgery that would not only require me to sleep on my back for several weeks during peak allergy/congestion season, but also would require many of the medications that trigger severe vertigo & nausea for anesthesia & pain control afterwards. My doctor recommended that I buy this to keep on hand just in case. This stuff worked great. Awakened one night the night to use the toilet, and had a major vertigo attack as I tried to get out of bed and stand up. The room was spinning, I fell (not good right after surgery) and had to crawl across the floor, in the dark so I couldn't see the room spinning, and have my husband help me in the bathroom. And it didn't stop when I laid back down and tried to sleep. Chewed 2 of these, and with 20 min. I felt tremendously better, and was able to sleep. The effect lasted all day, too. The vertigo & nausea were kept to a tolerable level all day, and I felt well enough to eat, drink, and slowly walk around the house, watch tv, etc. w/out experiencing any more nausea or spinning sensations. Had 2 more attacks that week, and each time, this medication stopped it quickly. My doctor said this is the same medication I'd been given at the hospital ER during previous bouts of vertigo, just *a lot* cheaper, and without the ER bill and misery of riding in the car with a barf bag, or suffering while waiting for someone come home to help me and drive me to the doctor or ER. The bottle is now on my nightstand, and I have a few in a pill box in my pocketbook, too, just in case it's needed when I'm traveling or in a car, etc.

I have used this on cruise ships and I checked and my last bottle had expired so I ordered a new bottle, and my wife also uses these also. These are fast acting and I feel better in about 15 mins.

I've used this twice, once for vertigo and the last time for severe dizziness. It works really well. It doesn't cure the underlying issue, but it allowed me to be functional.If you have vertigo or dizziness, see a doctor as soon as possible. It can be a serious issue. My last bout was because my blood pressure was dropping too low, not good but not a brain stem stroke.

It works for the inner ear dizziness and resulting nausea that I occasionally suffer from. This used to be sold as a prescription but can now be purchased over the counter and on line which is a godsend when you're having a labrynthitis attack.

WAY CHEAPER THAN BRAND NAME OR STORE BRAND AT ANY LOCAL STORE!! These chewable tablets have a very mild sweet taste and work exactly the same! I definitely recommend buying these from Amazon!

This is like all previous purchases and has no added sweetener or anything. Excellent product.
