Upgraded My Rentals with SeanPeak Faucets: Stylish & Safe
Building a new apartment building means equipping multiple bathrooms, and finding the right faucets can be a hassle. Luckily, these SeanPeak brushed nickel faucets fit the bill perfectly. First off, they're all about safety. They're NSF and cUPC certified, which means they're lead-free and won't contaminate the water supply. Plus, the solid brass construction is built to last. No need to worry about rust or leaks thanks to the multiple-layered brushed surface. The faucets themselves are sleek and stylish - a single handle design with a modern look that complements any bathroom. They also come with a pop-up drain and pre-attached supply hoses, which makes installation a breeze (seriously, just four steps!). SeanPeak even offers lifetime after-sales support and friendly customer service, so I have peace of mind knowing they've got my back.

Solid, Elegant, and Versatile
As many other reviews have mentioned, one of the first things you notice about this faucet is the weight. This is not cheaply made. Solidly machined and polished to a great finish. It looks awesome. Simple, but very stylish. Looks exactly as pictured in the ad.It has a small footprint around the base, so it'll go with pretty much any sink design. Despite the small footprint, it holds sturdy in place with the mounting apparatus underneath (which stays hidden). All needed seals and tapes are included in the box. Just need an adjustable wrench and a Phillips head screw driver for the whole job.Drain component functions well; it's one of those push types, so it too can work with any sink type and doesn't require a lifting rod hole to be built in or drilled in.Directions are actually pretty good and easy to follow with detailed illustrations and numbered parts throughout.Only gripe is that the mounting hoses are on the shorter side--about two feet. I think that's standard, but it was too short for my job, and with the particular way they hook into the faucet, I had to purchase a separate specialty extension for both hoses.Would definitely recommend, especially at this price point. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality.

Useful
Very easy to install. I have been installing a lot of different faucets lately trying to figure out what I like and what works well. This one works very well. Nice simple design and no leakage. Would recommend. Make sure if you haven't installed a faucet before you simply follow the directions. Very straight forward and easy to understand.

Beautiful an elegant faucet…drain is for sinks with overflow.
Looks perfect in our new bath! One downside is our sinks doing have overflow and this drain is for one with overflow. So we had to buy that separately.

I needed to upgrade my bathroom faucet and saw this SeanPeak solid brass faucet. The faucet arrived and the first thig that caught my eye was the sleek design of beautiful solid brass. My current DIY project was to install this faucet and the installation process was easy. I received all parts necessary to complete the job. Once installed, the faucet looks so good in my bathroom, and I am definitely happy with this modern upgrade of my bathroom faucet.

Connection hoses too short
Based on the reviews (even though they were for those that got it for FREE), we thought we would try this.Pros: Faucet seems very solid. Heavy. Seems well built.Cons: Directions say to tighten supply hoses with a wrench. No way to get a wrench 3 inches up a narrow passage to do this. See picture. Missing a screw for the faucet to sink connection. Then we found the hoses too short. Tried to buy more at Ace, then Lowes. No-one has them.I picked up a new faucet at Lowes. I will be returning these Sean Peaks.

Works Very Well-But, Please Read the Whole Review
This faucet is a great replacement for a taller open faucet I had that caused the water to splash outside of the sink. It has a very nice modern look, and the brush nickel is true to form. The drain doesn't require a plug up handle, it is a pop-up drain. The handle is solid, as is the entire assembly, this is not a cheap faucet.***Pay strict attention to the order of the washer and seals when you are disassembling the drain to install. The instructions do not tell you which seal to use when assembling and I used the wrong one when putting the stopper into the sink hole and I had a leak. It was minor, and sometimes it didn't leak, but sometimes it did. I had to reassemble to fix it right. (See the second picture and look at the shape of the seals).***The other thing is to make sure you measure the water lines and ensure they will reach your valves after installing them on the faucet and BEFORE you disassemble your sink. These water lines have a male connector that screws into the faucet, instead of a 5/8 connector that screws onto threads the normal way (see first pict). The other end is the regular 3/8 inch nut that screws onto your water valve.--The lines didn't reach my valves after installing, they were short. I had to do an easy work around.1. Went to a plumbing store, not the DIY places2. Got two 3/8 hex nipples (they know what those are); with 4 plastic compression sleeves (don't use the brass ones) These are just connector screws.3. Got 20 inch CRN Pex tubing 1/44. Already had compression tape (plumbers tape that look like white medical tape)Total cost - $10.58***This is easier than it sounds.***1. Use compression tape around both ends of the hex nipple threads2. Measure and cut the tubing to go from the nipple to the valve. Place the nut first, then the plastic compression sleeve on the tubing and insert the tubing into the nipple and screw the nut with the sleeve inside it onto the nipple and tighten3. Put compression tape on the water valve4. At the other end of the tubing, place the nut first, then the compression sleeve, insert the tubing into the water valve, and screw the nut with the sleeve inside it onto the water valve and tighten.Done! Now repeat for the other side.Of course, you could just buy a different faucet. :-)
