I would imagine the severity of the help is a case by case basis based on how aggressive you snore, but these are leaps and bounds better than the other nose stops on the market. Adhesive isn't too strong so you have a sticky nose all day, and they are wide enough to open a decent amount of airway.

The product arrived quickly. The adhesive could be a little stronger.

I logged onto Amazon tonight specifically to review this. After getting sidetracked and reviewing some of my more questionable purchases, here I am.I’m a snorer, allegedly. I can’t remember the last time I woke up and my wife was still in bed with me. My kids say I make funny sounds when I sleep. And I constantly wake up exhausted. Now these could all be coincidence and I sleep like a peaceful angel, but if I am, in fact, a snorer, holy smokes do these work.Now, reading the negative reviews, I think it comes down to prep—follow the directions, clean your greasy face, and hold these in place for thirty seconds, and you’re golden.Woke up with my wife beside me. She may even love me more now. Kids started treating me with respect. I woke up ready to hit the ground running. These strips work amazing.

it works fine. i definitely can feel myself breathing better when i put it on. but every morning i wake up with it half off of nose. the adhesive isn’t strong at all. fortunately for me this one isn’t uncomfortable or too big for my face. the size was fine

NyQuil has a good brand name. However this product is a disappointment because it does not perform as advertised. The strips are too short and this do not perform as advertised. The strips do not adhere and this are a source of stress and frustration. Buy the other brand. Buyer beware.
