Like all the books in the "Adventures of Crey" book series, this book teaches children social skills, which should be the #1 priority for any school-readiness program. In this book, children see examples of kindness through beautiful illustrations and a fun, attention-holding story. My favorite page? It's the one with Queen Mer May, depicting human and animal diversity....and musical instruments too! A bonus is the suggestions at the end of the book to help children think about how they can practice kindess.

As a former Kennebunkport business owner who sold ALL the G Pa Rhymes books, I can tell you that they are loved by all, and many look forward to each new book! As a grandparent of a little boy who has been reading these stories since he was 2 years old, (and now he is 6!), I can tell you that these are his favorite books that we read over and over again! I love how this book takes the reader on a journey of friendship and kindness. It’s great to see how Fay and Cray help different animals along the way. The rhyming is fun to read and the illustrations are awesome. Parents are sure to enjoy reading this to their children and children are sure to love it!

This is another fantastic addition to the Cray's Adventure series. In this book, Fay the Turtle has to make her way to warmer waters for the winter and along the way spreads kindness by helping out her fellow creatures. I love the sing-songy nature that Rhymes writes in. It gives the story such a nice flow and rhythm to read out loud in that children love. The lessons that kids will get from this book (and all of the others) are lifelong. The illustrations are fabulous, brilliant, and so vibrant that they will capture the attention of children and adults alike. I'm also a huge fan of the discussion points at the end of the books. This is a great opportunity for teachers and parents to look for comprehension and understanding from their littles. I love this series and can't wait for the next one!

It looks like another winner in the Adventure of Cray series. All the stories are just perfect for young parents as they start to get their children on the path to reading throughput their lives. The message in these books is very positive, and they are so well illustrated. A perfect gift for grandparents and parents to get for their young ones.

My granddaughters loved this book. Such a sweet story done in rhyme! Which I love to read aloud. My granddaughters loved the illustrations of all the sea creatures. The message of kindness is so sweet!

The illustrations are cute and such a sweet message. Not too long either. My girls and I loved it. We would recommend!!!
