the headphones worked fine until one side of the headphones (left) stop playing sound unless you pinched/squeezed the wire in certain places. It was fine because i only used the right side anyways. However shortly after the right side also stopped working. I immediately ripped them and put them in the bin. Do not recommend.

Used once and were ok. 2nd time only one earphone worked, after that they wouldn’t work at all!

I bought these a week ago, they’re already broken. The sound only works from one ear. Sound quality is not good, it’s fine while listening to music but the quality drops a lot while in a call, it’s so bad I can’t hear or understand the other person lol

These are a rip off. No sound. Beats x keep pop up asking for Bluetooth bu it is misspelt as baets x. Absolute cheap rubbish. This is a fraudulent purchase. Please write back I want a refund

The sound quality was fine ant first but now it’s terrible . Sound is coming through distorted!! Very frustrating

Works really well but smaller than I thought .it was locked into a university in Wales though I had to complexly wipe it clean and reboot it .Luckily I new how to do this .

These earphones were really good value, and work well with my iPhone.They were dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged, as described.

I used this in the morning worked perfectly fine then when I went to use in the afternoon it connects and says I’ve got them plugged it but no sound attal so complete waste of money I’ve checked everything to see if its connected and no sound so would appreciate my money back.
