I purchased this and when it arrived, the wood was chipped and messed up. The plexiglass plate on the side had screws, holding it in place two of three of them broke when I opened it, and it did not actually hold pins in place to wrap them I ended up sending it back and ordering a 3-D printed ones that is much better from Etsy. clearly, whoever designed this product has never actually tried to wrap a sublimation pen as using this device it is impossible and I ended up just taking them out and doing them by hand unfortunately, that does not get the wraps as tight as I would like. I do not recommend purchasing this.
