Lovely rug - Carrier poor
I am really happy with my rug it is perfect. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the carrier. DX Express I received a message to say carrier had picked up my rug which was a day earlier than expected so I had to arrange for someone to let them in. It didn't arrive I got a message saying sorry there was a delay and it would be delivered Wednesday. Didnt arrive Phoned carrier on Thursday morning and they tried to blame seller but I had message to say they had picked it up on the Tuesday. It did arrive on Thursday - after 45 mins on live chat with them as it was a premium number. Checked the reviews online for DX Carrier and most people have had same issues.I really love the rug but will be checking who carrier is before I order anything again, and wont be ordering if its DX Carrier
