Es exactamente lo recomiendo lo único que hay que hacer es ajustar la correa para que nose mueva yo la cosí con hilo pero de hay encuera es exactamente lo compré porque tengo dolores en la espalda y en mi primer día de usarlo me ayudó un poco no imagino lo maravilloso que es para el resto de mi vida gracias a la persona que lo diseñó le dry un 9 de 10

Great cover, material is too hard
Pro: Cover has a cooling effect as advertised, and there’s a zipper that goes around the cushion so it’s easy to be taken off for washing.Con: cushion is too hard to my liking as a sleeping leg pillow.Since I like the cover a lot, and it seems to be quite durable, I’m keeping but just not as a leg pillow

It was sealed so tightly.I couldn't open it without nicking the fabric. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Too small
It nice and cooling. It did not fit well. It was tooo small and I couldn’t get a restful sleep.had to go back to my original method for pain relief. I returned it for a refund

My back is so much better in the morning.
Since using this pillow I can get up in the morning with little stiffness in my back. What a relief. Does a good job of keeping your hips in alignment.
