Have used in anger yet , just set it up to check it works . Only came with 1 WiFi mic but Amazon credited me so I could purchase one . Initially seemed that music volume goes down when you use the mic , I had adapters that allowed me to send the music in via a mic socket which seems to have sorted the problem , a problem that may not even be there , as I said not used properly yet due " lockdown "

Extremely heavy for such a small speaker didn't work at all a 2 pin plug is provided so you will definitely need an adapter if in UK

The speaker itself is fine, it works just fine but I don't understand why they advertise it as a 400 Watts speaker. It really isn't. I am not even sure if it reaches 100 Watts.If you are looking for a very powerful speaker do not buy this one, it is as loud as putting 2 normal small speakers together playing the same song, so not loud at all!Disappointing

Great sound system, very loud and easy to set up. I'm using for Fitness classes and the microphones are great.I had a faulty mic and the customer service was amazing and they sent out a replacement straight away. 5*

Quite a powerful system. I have used it in a hall and outdoors and was not disappointed with the output. the only drawback is that when using the hand held microphone, it sometimes drop sound therefore you have to repeat what you have said. Otherwise, it is a pretty good system.

I am really disappointed that I shall be asking Amazon to take this unit back and hopefully do a refund. This second unit did not respond at all. Supplied with a European plug so not much care taken.

When the item arrived it was not immediately opened as it is a Christmas gift When Opened today the wired mike was in two pieces. trying the disc player we found the sound and speaker to be brilliant but useing another mike could not get any vocals to play . could this be a faulty lead. If I can solve the vocal problem this a wholehearted. well done like the kit. Lenny McGee

Good product, good sound, very loud, head sets OK but not the best.Has a European plug and doesn’t not come with an English cable or adapter which is a pain.Saw similar product recently in home bargains for £100 less so than this so worth shopping around before committing to this!
