A Good Option for a Lift
After a recent accident, my one leg is shorter than the other. These heel lifts are a good start until I can get a custom heel lift. The small size is for a woman’s foot and it slips right into all of my shoes. there are four peel apart sections so you can make the lift work for your needs.

These are great fir a needed lift.
My mother broke her hip leaving her left leg shorter than her right. This worked perfectly to even her out.

They fit nice in shoes
I had hip surgery and the Dr left me with a longer leg that had the hip replacement. So I needed a 1/4 inch riser for my other leg. It works great. Since you can split them, I have enough for a few shoes.

It’s okay but uncomfortable
Fixed the height discrepancy but hurts the heel and ankle, it’s a hard material if no real give, I can only wear it and stand for a couple hours at a time
