The specification looked good, the actual product does not have a good user experience. After setting up the WIFI any access to the internet was extremely slow. I have a fast fibre connection. It behaved like a dial-up modem. The internet kept dropping out . I loaded BBC Iplayer it took 10 minutes to load with multiple drop outs. Once loaded, when viewing a TV station the picture was blurry as there appeared to be not enough bandwidth. The picture kept buffering. Returned the product. If I could I would rate this ZERO stars

This device looks reasonably impressive on paper, specifications being higher than many Android boxes of a similar price, however in use it performs abysmally. When trying to sign into the play store, the login sequence would often crash, dumping me unceremoniously back to the home screen. Once eventually set up, many apps would run so badly, I would assume them crashed. After watching Netflix for 2 hours, tapping the power button had no affect, and a long press, which should allow you to power off the device, crashed the unit again, requiring yet another power cycle. I am returning this, hopefully as a one-off faulty device, and not as a typical unit.

Would have given 0 star if it was avaiable. The box did not work.
