First one that arrived had been dropped and was broke, was picked up the next day and new one delivered the day after with no questions asked.Remote works well and heat is good.Is quite noisy but it's a heater and a fan, so it's never going to be quiet.Some stupid comments about the power cable / lead, it's worrying to think people buy a wall mounted heater and then complain that the lead isn't long enough to plug into a socket?I fitted a fused spur on the wall, cut the lead off and wired it in, job done.5 stars.

This is a well priced and reasonably effective heater.It looks good and is easy to mount to a wall. However:It comes with a very short cable - you had better want to mount this directly above a plug socket at about chest height - if you want to mount it higher and a little way from the socket you will need to fit a new cable or use an extension. This is just silly.The unit is quite noisy. You will need to turn your TV up if it's in a living room.The control is quite fiddly - why not have plus and minus temperature buttons on the unit itself rather than just on the remote. Lose the remote and you will be in trouble...

Good wall heater for a very reasonable price, had to return the first item as it was faulty but Amazon replaced it instantly with no quibbles, very efficient device.

It makes a lot of noise. Should be better if it was running quietly.

I came SOOO close to paying for this, based on the description that explicitly says for bathroom.And by chance I noticed a question about bathroom use in which the Seller answered - in April 2018 - that the description is erroneous and it is NOT designed for bathroom use. This review is written to draw attention to this important fact - and to the fact that 15 months have since passed without the seller correcting the error.
