Q: How wide are the strips?

I'll echo the other answers. The roll is 11 3/4" wide and can be cut with any decent pair of scissors. The smaller package contains 4" wide strips.

Q: Can I apply this product over wet paper mache

In theory you could, but I wouldn't. I do a lot of paper mache, and I always let any layers dry first before putting on another layer. You want to avoid the paper mache getting moldy. Plaster wrap is such a great product to use with paper mache! I have lots of how-to videos that show how to use it: http://www.theartfulness.com

Q: Can this be used to make a cast for a dog's leg, in a medical sense?

I suppose you can. You will have to wrap it several times to make it stiff to hold in place. Don't make it too tight so that the leg can breathe. I am NOT a medical doctor, but the rigid wrap does become very rigid when dry.

Q: Can it be used Yeso therapy?

No, it it not safe for using on your body
