I got this water tester for my pool and hot tub. I am very impressed with this machine because of how accurate it is. I was a little disappointed because I couldn't get the Bluetooth feature to work on my android or iPhone.The setup of this machine took some time to understand how to use it. It was very helpful to watch some videos online to understand how this machine works. I have been mostly using this device for the 3 common water tests for my pools which are alkalinity, chlorine and pH. The difficult part is you need to know which tablets you need for which chamber, but this is pretty easy to look up in the user guide. I really like that this kit comes with a lot of accessories and tools needed for the testing. I also like that the machine only takes a few seconds to run the tests. The part that takes the most time is setting up the tests and knowing which tablets to use. I also really like that a can dio the machine into the water to fill the containers. This makes the testing go a lot faster. I like that the screen is big and very easy to read.The users guide is pretty great and has lots of languages. It also uses a lots of pictures which makes things easier to understand. The guide also has links to videos which are also extremely helpful for the first time.

Works great however the instructions would confuse an engineer have it since early May and just got down the basics.That being the test I did was spot on with my pool store calculations

Device was very challenging and complicated to use, but seems to work. Instructions that come along with it are unclear and very difficult to understand. Probably not best for the individual pool owner, but perhaps if you have a pool service or business this might be more usable.
